The pastry comes out smoking, piping out. There's literally steam coming out of it. This left quite an impression as it is certainly dramatic. As for the pastry itself, it is a twirl so you can tear off chunks that are partial curls. It has a nice crunch on the outside while the inside is perfectly chewy. You choose different topics.
