There's very few people I dislike as much as I dislike rude servers. I understand you might be having a bad day, but verbally attacking a customer who was just using the restroom just shows how rude and inconsiderate you are. The owner of this café acts like a security guard in front of the restroom, harassing customers in case they take slightly longer to use it. read more

Plus, fresh stuff to eat right there - great toasted sandwiches and local wines to try out. The only place we want to have lunch at when we come to Merano. Plus they have an online shop (with limited delivery options, however.)
