Both…read moretimes I've been impressed by the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff (not something that's normal in Germany). The coffee is excellent, the space is amazing (my wife and I have a thing for industrial buildings and loft spaces) and the food at lunch yesterday was very good.
I had a vegetable gnocchi which was cooked to perfection and the carrots and broccoli were crispy, not overcooked like most places like to do them. There we thin shavings of parma cheese throughout as well. I added a bit of ground pepper and salt to taste and it made me quite happy.
Oddly, there are a lot of undertones of Aran and I wonder if there's some connection (whether the management is or where connected to Aran somehow). In any case, it'll now be an internal battle of which one to frequent since they're so close to one another.
