I would say that this was one of the best cafe if Ayr - if you get up early enough (only open to 2) They do a wide selection of filled rolls, bagettes, baked potatos and soups. All of which are home made. It has a nice cosy environment thanks to the way in which the cafe is set up. You can also sit at the window and do a bit of people watching.
My favourite part however is the lovely cakes (especially the truffles -mmm!) - they are all home made as well. The truffles are soft and squishy - something I've never managed to replicate - and they also do a great rocky road. read more
