We've been coming here for years - since it was a garden and nursery in fact. In those days what is now the cafe was just a wrecked and forgotten conservatory huddled by the garden wall. Now it is a beautifully restored cafe serving very nice food in a lovely tranquil setting. To reach the cafe you first walk through the little plant nursery and on through the heart of the lovely walled garden. First up, the service is excellent; friendly, polite staff take your order efficiently and promptly. Our food arrived in prompt time and was really good - my cheese, mushroom and onion quiche was delicious! My wife had a generous latte and a toasted tea cake that she pronounced as really tasty. Can't fault the food - very, very good. read more

Beautiful setting for cafe with good, quick service and excellent food. Had breakfast there today and had eggs Benedict served on a lovely hot plate, surprisingly uncommon but Bradley gardens attention to detail was noticed! Sat outside in the gardens on the very comfy garden chairs. The variety on the menu leaves me wanting to go back for more.. I've yet to be able to get a table for Sunday lunch though, they're always fully booked! read more

Visited Bradley Gardens after staying away for the past few years due to the previous miserable owners, and was so happy to see how the place was changing and all the renovations and the lovely garden shop which I bought a potted hyacinth in an old terracotta pot, the cafe was lovely and staff very friendly I am telling all my friends to visit this wonderful place in the Tyne valley read more
