On a Tuesday night, there were a good number of customers enjoying pleasant conversations. Ideal locale to meet a friend or a date (plus the place is dog friendly).
The menu is quite basic as their menu mostly feature their specialty 'Pfannkuchen.' I tried one with sautéed mushrooms and herbal cream sauce, and I must admit it is one of the tastier crepe-like dishes that I've eaten in a while. The dough (thicker than a crepe but thinner than American pancakes) was really nice made, and with the great combination of mushrooms and cream, I devoured this dish within minutes.
For the non-crepe eaters (gasp!), no worries. There is a decent and interesting selection of daily specials like red beets and goat cheese lasagna (which was also very tasty) or classics like Wiener Schnitzel.
Service was a bit slow but friendly, prices were fair. This might become my "Stammcafé."
