Food was very good and hearty which Franconian foods tend to be. Service was also good. The beer was excellent.
Actually we came here twice on the same day. Once to enjoy our lunch before our hike, and again after our short hike due to the inclement weather. We had cappuccino and dessert which was excellent--like a cheese cake, but it was made of some local fresh cheese.
If you're in the area, this is an excellent restaurant and brewery to visit. Highly recommended.
