Asked to see the certificate of anaylsis for their products and from there the service was considerably less friendly. It would be nice if I knew what was in my product after I left the store (potency, ingredients, cannabinoids, terpenes...) and if it came in professional packaging. Older patients or people with memory issues may have a hard time remembering, important to keep in mind for the medical market. Don't waste your money on their products. I bought 2 carts from them and in less than 10 light uses the carts won't work anymore. I have tried to fix them myself and I can only think it is a faulty product because my other carts that I have gotten elsewhere work perfectly with more use.
