On both visits, the service was friendly and efficient. I could not fault our Vineyard Platter in presentation or quality.

Turned up today to have lunch (some free time without the kids) only to be ignored whilst waiting…read moreat the counter by 4 staff, including what seemed to be the manager. So I decided perhaps I would just take a seat and wait to be waited upon, as there was no sign indicating which was the appropriate action. Whilst waiting I was finally noticed by one of the staff, who approached me and asked if she could help me. I then asked if it was ok to sit here and she waved her hands and shook her head and said no we are fully booked. Please note that there were no signs anywhere indicating this let alone reserved signs on any tables. I left feeling very embarrassed, as if I had just been thrown out. Just a word of advice. Please be pleasant and perhaps place either fully booked out signs on the doors or at least on the tables. Very disappointed!
