This cafe is along the Genuss zu Fuss (a 7 km nature/culinary hiking trail) and Eifel Krimi (local crime trail) and near to an 11th Century castle in the quaint (sleepy) German town of Kerpen. It's a gorgeous cafe and bakery located in a quaint old part of Bonn with cobblestone walkways and so on nearby. It's quite pink inside and make to look like a cottage country cafe. It has been in this location for over 50 years. They make a lot of cakes here about 80 different types and they have self made chocolates, breads and spreads. They have seating in here for about 10-12 people and they serve sandwiches, cakes, soups and so on. Coffee was quite ok here and the small breakfast I had was also nice. The ladies were very friendly and quick and all in all it was a good experience. Happy to come here again.

Terrible. We ordered a Diet Coke then waited over an hour for our food. People sat down after us…read moreordered, ate and were gone. We asked where our food was and the rude waiter said he didn't know and we could cancel it. After an hour, we didn't want to cancel. Asked 10 minutes later, still said the same so we cancelled and walked out, rude waiter came after us and said we had to pay for our Diet Coke or he'd call the police. Don't worry we won't be back. I guess because we were straight tourists they didn't wait on us!
