Crazy breakfast sandwich was so good with eggplant. Perfect latte macchiato and good service. Very quaint and easy to find in Bellzenplatz.

The food and the quality of service is so wanting , I am never going back there. It began with the young lady , who almost did not want to give us a table even though we could see that there were unreserved tables available. The attitude while serving us was so bad , you almost felt she was being forced to work. No enthusiasm at all and while ordering she already started walking away even before we could finish placing the order. What followed next was just annoying . Of course she ended up bringing the wrong order , but by then I was just too tired to complain. I decided to try again and go for dinner hoping that things had changed, but to my surprise , it was the same. With the place almost empty we stood at the door waiting for sometime for someone to come and let us in , according to the Corona protocol. In the meantime , you could see an employee just looking at us while the scrolled their phone behind the counter. Eventually someone came and we got a table, same lady came to serve us , attitude was still terrible and the food was equally bad. This time I left vowing not to go back. I really would not recommend this place to anyone, probably better to walk further down the street and find some better restaurants where the food will be worth your money !

Cozy cafe in the center of the city. The atmosphere inside is warm & rustic (vintage signs, long…read morewood tables), while the seating outside in the courtyard is perfect for the summer. I grabbed a late breakfast and went for a cappuccino (2.90 EUR) and greek yogurt with fruit, walnuts and honey (5.30 EUR). The cafe is well-known for roasting their own coffee beans, so I was pretty excited for the coffee. The cappuccino was good, but pretty small, even for German standards. Next time I'll have to get plain black coffee so I can taste their beans better. The yogurt was great, thick & creamy with a coarse/natural texture that I really enjoyed. I think it could be elevated if they used berries/fancier fruit instead of bananas & grapes, though. My friend got cheesecake & it looked yum. As far as service goes, it was standard, and the waitress spoke English. If you need a leisurely coffee break from shopping in the area or want to stay in the city center, this is a charming choice.

The staff speaks English very well and is happy to help you. I ordered a cappuccino and a big breakfast. And big is was! You'll get a little basket with different breads, a plate filled with delicious stuff like fresh jams, meats, cheeses, veggies, fruits, pesto and an egg. You also get nutella and honey. I ate everything and wasn't hungry anymore until dinner! So for 8 euro you will get a lot and it is super delicious as well. The coffee was also very good. Only downside is that the tables are a bit to close to each other so if it is busy you will not have much personal space.
