Staff was sweet, but later the girl bringing food pretend waitress never asked if I needed anything else another beer nothing. I only drink Belgian beer. I did want another but while on business or vacation I don't want to have to do anything but pay So, that was a bit daunting! Food was sub-par but to each's own. I've found it difficult to find tasty food here in the Netherlands . Everything here is bread, carbs & more carbs. I did eat the fries they were tasty, although I shouldn't bc I'm diabetic & have to portion my carbs. This bar is near the Metro & a residential area so, I'm sure is popular in the warmer months. I came in September the raining season hahaha My friends said you've been to Amsterdam (5) times & never saw rain so, my 1st time in Rijswijk, Delft & Den Haag I got showered most days making up. I love the area, peace and quiet, though. I guess, this bar is a nice neighborhood getaway from home bc it's not much to do here. Idk, ‍ but the food wasn't tasty I fumbled through bc I was tired & hungry. I'm a foodie, so I've tasted many cuisines around the world . I'm not a fan of the Chef's prep for food. Sorry!
