Unprofessional scam artists. In addition to the issue with the unwanted portfolio they send (low quality, multiple of the same basic poses, the burden of returning it and hoping they don't charge you for it) the actual ordering process is a joke. We got a package of just the cap and gown photos, which included digital download. AFTER the discount, this was $178. Honestly, it's about the same quality of a 1985 department store photo with the paper backdrop. Whatever. My kid is cute and I wanted the photos of her in the cap and gown so I paid it. The photos arrived with tacky white lettering in the corner with the company name. This was not mentioned on either the paper order form or the online ordering page. When I asked for a reprint, I was repeatedly given a canned response that this is their policy and that I could take them to another studio to have them reprinted. What? Have someone else remove the logo, print them, and then pay THEM for what I already ordered and paid for from YOU? Also, my daughter's name and graduation year was printed in this same white font across her arm. It is not legible. I asked for it to be moved to the alternate side where it is a dark background. The response (after asking multiple times) is that they'll reprint in black lettering. This will show up on the part of her arm that is skin, but will disappear where the dark blue sleeve is. They can't move it to the other side? They don't have a gold or something? In this day and age, this should be easily remedied. Free apps can even do what I am asking, much less a "professional" photo studio. I really hesitate to be so negative against a business, and typically try to work through issues privately but after multiple failed attempts, a lack of real response, and complete disregard, I feel a need to make my experience known in the attempt to prevent someone else from this same headache. Honestly, find a 12 year old with a smart phone and drop them a $20 to take photos of your graduate. You'll be better off. read more

This company is the worst. At the end of a presentation, they make you fill out a google review in front of their staff, which is why they are all 5 stars. Their photographers take horrible pictures, and their prices are beyond outrageous. They took my son's senior photos, and I had to pay $1000 to get a flash drive with the cap and gown pics, or there was no other way to have them. When I arrived for the photo presentation, I was at the front desk when a girl came and told the person behind the desk she was going on break. Well, that was the person who was supposed to give my presentation, I had to wait 25 minutes to start. Don't pick the "most popular" package, or you can't get your photos without going back to the studio to have a formal presentation of the photos they took. There was a discount offered that was not available to me because they didn't schedule my presentation for TWO MONTHS - nothing was available to book an appointment for over 2months, but the discount was only available if you were ordering within 30 days of the photo shoot. The presenter bugged and bugged me trying to sell the flash drive with the pictures for $1000 or $750 without the cap and gown photos. The minimum price to order pics was $189, and that was for only one pose and 3 sheets of printed photos. I rescheduled a presentation because with all the pushiness, I couldn't decide what to do, and they no-showed the presentation that we rescheduled. I cannot say enough terrible things about the experience, and as I talk to others, they consistently say they had the same experience. Of maybe 40 pictures, only 5 were decent/good. If the school uses them for my other child next year, I will not have them taken and will opt for a private photographer. I feel badly for the schools that don't let their students use anyone else but Cady. I have truly never had such a horrible experience with any other company or any other type of service. read more

Janelle and Hannah was very helpful. Gregory, however our photographer was PHENOMENAL! The energy he gave us was spectacular. He made taking these photos very memorable for my daughter. He did a fabulous job. From the moment we walked in to the very minute we walked out I felt welcomed. The studio layout is very state of the art. I wish that they did more than just Senior pictures because I would definitely take photos here. Everything was clean and well organized. The staff was friendly and I really love the vibe there. They had snacks and beverages of our liking and it was just a great experience. Very professional and very good at what they do. I got the Elite package and I must say it is definitely worth every penny of it. It rained today and Gregory was like oh no let's reschedule for another day because the pictures will not come out right because the location is too muddy. He could've easily just took the pictures but it was the consideration from him that showed me that he really cares about what he do. Cady is blessed to have him in their team. I never felt rushed even though it was closing time. Hannah and Gregory took their time with us and that's what matters. Christian was our photographer, and he was amazing! He made the entire experience fun, and has an incredible eye for capturing the best poses. He took wonderful care of my daughter while getting senior portraits. This Mama was not ready for my baby to be taking senior portraits, but Christian's personality and demeanor put me at ease. When it was time for her yearbook photo, Sydney was super helpful in getting the drape put on my daughter. She even took the time to take my daughter's necklace off for her in order to put the pearls on. Sydney was super sweet! George brought the comedic effect to the yearbook picture experience. He and my daughter were talking about and laughing over TikTok videos! Our overall experience was wonderful, and all staff members that we interacted with made our entire experience a great joy! read more

If I could give them 10 stars I would! We had a fantastic experience at Cady Studios Dacula today. The check in process was quick and efficient. The manner in which they conduct the photo sessions means that you are able to progress through in a timely manner while getting personalized attention from each photographer. I was asked no less than five times if we were having a good experience and if I needed anything. Christina, Juan, Malia, Austin, and Alexis did a wonderful job with the photography. They were professional, personable, creative, and did not rush us. Lenyiah continually checked on us and kept me in tissues (senior pictures can be tough on a mama). I had the most AMAZING experience at the Cady Dacula studio! My son has Autism and needs a bit more patience and they provided that and more. Jason at the front desk welcomed us with open arms and was a pleasant first impression. He provided clear instructions as to what to expect for the session. Brandon who assisted with attire and costume changes was hands-on and friendly. He even helped with the casual outfit as we were not prepared for this shot. Positives: Making the appointment was easy and the photographer was professional. When my son struggled to get a good photo, the photographer was willing to go back and retry the pose later in the session. During the session I got a little emotional and another staff member, Janelle, talked to me and was very supportive. Overall, a good experience. Negative: Cost. Cady is much more expensive than any other photography studio I've been in. The session was expensive to begin with, and at the end we were provided a pamphlet about package options. The least expensive package that includes digital prints (which we want) is almost $2000! I wish there were more options for products that were more cost effective. read more

We had a wonderful expierence! My daughter had the time of her life during her photo session. The team really made her feel special and we will always remember this moment. Rowin was my daughter's photographer and he was a true professional and very attentive and patient with her. Kimberly assisted my daughter with her hair throughout the day and went over and beyond to assist her where needed. The only reason I'm giving this a 5 star review is because Juan was AMAZING. He took his time taking my daughters beautiful pictures and really knew how to hit every angle. Everyone else kind of rushed through the process. Katte and John were cool too! They took care of me at the front desk when I voiced my opinion about the staff rushing and not being warm and personable. Cady is OVERPRICED and the website pricing is deceiving. horrible experience! pictures were very nice but if you pay for the most popular session or more you lose access to your pictures at a cheaper rate! my sister paid $30 and added backgrounds when she got there at $20 a background and walked out with all of her pictures. i was told bc i paid more i can either pay $750 for my pictures or get nothing! unfortunately i walked with nothing! they kept my $50 fee that had to be collected to even see my pictures so i wasted money and time. my sister got a collectable and all pictures for $350. read more

Amazing company. Lovely photos taken by our photographer Jo. She was extremely attentive and tended to all scenes with care and expertise. As this was a first time experience doing a photoshoot, especially one so jam-packed, she held tight with us and made the hours fly by! Got my senior pictures taken today, and my experience as a student was amazing. Such helpful and upbeat staff members, striking up conversations while you wait for the set of pictures you're taking. Trying to get you out of there as fast as possible, but not in a rude or rushy way, in a comfortable, not wanting to keep you longer than you have to be there way. Very professional and quick for the amount of people there. I'd definitely recommend this studio for any school photos. read more

There were quite a bit people of people trying to take their pic, but the studio's staff handled its patrons with efficiency and care. This holds true especially for Katte and Sara Shaya. They engaged in conversation with the customers during the customers' wait time. They also showed concern for COVID-19 by asking those who were waiting to wear their masks. Signed up for the middle package with 7 backgrounds. My son is not very comfortable taking photos, but the staff did very well getting him to relax and take great shots. NIck was our photographer for a few stations and has a artistic eye for getting excellent shots is creative poses. We requested him for the outdoor setting and I look forward to seeing the proofs. read more
