There are computers that can be used for free and free wifi. There's also a couple of conference rooms that I assume can be rented out for business meetings. One of these rooms is where the locals also go to vote. There are audio books, audio cd's, DVD's, and Blu-ray ' s that can be rented also. Unfortunately, many of the movie titles are damaged and do not play correctly and no matter how many times I've told them something is damaged they just put it right back on the shelf. I really wish they would take more ownership of the movie section. If they had a book returned that was defaced with pages torn out I'd like to think they wouldn't put it back on the shelf. Maybe they would I don't know. When you have movie discs that are visibly cracked and obviously won't play why do you keep putting them back on the shelf for rent? If you care that little for your work you need to find something else to do. This location isn't the safest. There is now an armed guard presence.

It is in the same building as Bailey's Jewelers in front of the Pierre Bossier Mall. I used them recently to get a replacement title for my father's vehicle as he lost his original as well as getting his updated handicapped placard for use when I have to take him for various Dr appointments. Additionally, I used them to get my "Real ID" driver's license updated plus my father a LA Identification Card since he can no longer drive per Dr.'s orders. People are slowly discovering this location but you can still get in and out of there pretty quickly depending on what you are needing. The great thing is they can do every job that the state run OMV can do. The 2 main points that one needs to be aware of is 1) CASH ONLY and 2) they charge "convenience fees" for every service that they perform. The state run offices do not charge those fees BUT you are probably sitting there 2-3 times longer to get your business accomplished as you are at this location. I'll pay the fee for quicker service as I do not want to be sitting in an office all damn day!!! I'm sure once the word gets out this place will be overrun but for right now if you need services provided by the OMV then this is the place to get them with the least amount of wait and hassle!!!
