Some teachers who have stood out are Ms. Linda, Ms. Theresa, Ms. Caitlyn, Ms. Leann, Ms. Destiny, Ms. Kat, Ms. Kobe, and Ms. Tricia. I would certainly recommend COA as they provide updates daily in an app along with video capabilities. I also appreciate the activities they have after school to keep parents active (Bentley activities) and informed (parent conferences). I'm so thankful for COA.

They plan such fun lessons and have a set routine that toddlers need. I never thought my son would be able to transition from a crib to a cot, but he was doing it after 1 day! I'm always getting art work sent home and love seeing the pictures from their daily activities. The directors also know all of the children by name. It's a wonderful community, and I would definitely recommend it!

This complex is one of two in Orland Park devoted to baseball/softball - Orland Park has the John…read moreHumphrey Complex (JHC) and Centennial Park. While Centennial has more sports to offer (outdoor swimming pool, 8 soccer fields, 9 baseball/softball fields, bike trails, etc.), JHC really specializes in baseball/softball. JHC has 5 regulation fields for baseball and softball (with a clubhouse centering 4 of them), and they also use 5 additional fields from the school district right next door ... so in total, JHC can use 10 fields of play, and all are professionally maintained with the fields dragged every day. If I remember correctly the infields are clay and the pitching mound are a flat circle (so its really set up for softball). The fields are generally used for 16 and Under games. There are often tournaments during the summer, but when the fields are empty anyone can get on and hit the ball around ... no appointment needed, just go and play. There really aren't concessions here, so you pretty much have to bring your own. Bathrooms are in the center clubhouse. Parking is on both sides of the complex so there are scores of spaces. They do have a walking trail or two through the complex if you aren't there for the ball games. The whole complex is part of the Orland Park Village Hall buildings. Give this place a try.

Highly disguisted by this league. They have "rules" about age limits but then allow 4 year olds to…read moreplay (though the rules state 5+) and then play them against 7 year olds! They told us one of our children would be on one team, then put her on another. They were going to make her (a 2nd grader) play against kindergarteners and preschoolers. We found out they make parents sell candy for no reason what so ever. The jerseys are provided by sponsors, the field is supplied at no charge and the coaches are all volunteer so you pay $75 per kid & then have to either do a candy buy out or sell candy just to pad their pockets. They refused to reimburse us for our daughter OR put her on the age appropriate team stating the jerserys were already paid for, but the jerseys were provided by sponsors. They just want your money and have no regard for the children. Illegaly playing preschoolers against 2nd graders and not caring, just taking your money and saying "oh well". This league is a joke. They bend the rules just to make more money and could care less if they screw up and even if you have it in writing, they simply won't make appropriate changes.
