The good bits: - Hearn cars have a nice clear website - When I called them to book a taxi, the bloke on the phone seemed friendly and polite. I booked a taxi at 1:00am to whisk my (brand new!) husband and I away from our wedding, over to our Hotel in Oundle. I realise that I should have taken a reference number etc, to confirm by booking, but the chap I spoke to said it was all booked (he also congratulated me on my wedding...) so I just didn't consider that he might be lying. The bad bits: - No taxi showed up at our wedding - When I phoned to check if they were running late or lost, they were very rude and told me that I never made a booking with them - They were not helpful (even a little) and hung up on me before I could attempt to re-book a car Rubbish.
