I have recently purchased a new Ford Focus. The worst shopping experience that I have ever had! I was given some information about the contract and based on my conversation to them, I signed the contract wherever they pointed out. This is what most shoppers usually do! However, after signing the contract I realized that what I signed was not the same as what I heard! I discussed the problem with them and asked them to refund the vehicle because the condition of the contract was not matched with the given information and detail, yet they could not do anything for me! Horrible business. Horrible Service. Horrible People. From my dealings with these people since I bought my first brand new car in 2010, they don't deserve either rating. I have been given the run around everytime I have any dealings with anybody. Avoid purchasing either car from Cabot Ford, the Brand may be okay with proper servicing, but this is something you do not receive at Cabot. Service is not in their mission statement at all. Tend to agree with most of the negative reviews for this business, and wish I could leave a zero review. I didn't feel that they honoured the expensive warranty that they were so quick to sell me. Found the service department incompetent and apathetic with vehicles having to be returned multiple times for the same problem. Service manager was more concerned with telling me his problems then dealing with mine. Overall appears to be a poorly managed business from top to bottom. I ended up switching dealers as they were impossible to deal with. Congratulations Cabot Ford, comment by Trevor C below was similar to the copy and paste response I got from Ford Canada, wonder how many people he has sent that text to, "Sorry, Sorry, Sorry". Some time around June/July of 2015, my wife and I decided to trade in our own vehicle with the hopes of purchasing a 2015 Ford Lariat. I had already spoke with some dealerships, but was speaking via email with a gentleman at Cabot and decided to book a sit down to talk over some of our options. I will cut to the chase, if Steve Grace greets you at the door, turn around and walk away. What a person can do as far as discounts or deals, is not something that sways me in my rating. That said, I couldn't even get a bed liner thrown in as an incentive on a 60k truck. That didn't bother me. What justified the 1 star was the terrible customer service we received. We were interrupted by multiple phone calls which he took, at great length, wheeling and dealing with other clients. That really bugged me. We were also shown, in general, a lack of manners. As he led us out to the car lot, he let the door go in my wifes face... TWICE and he, rather than trying to sell their product to me, fed us a bunch of bogus info. on other dealers and brands, as if we hadn't done the research. I left the dealership furious and went to Dodge and bought a comparable truck the next week. Not before I received a greasy call the day after our visit to see if I made up my mind. I dug in to him a little it and it was the last I heard of him. From a business standpoint, Cabot should be embarrassed of the level of service I received that day. Sorry, disgusted. I may buy a Ford one day, but I will never buy from Cabot or Steve Grace. read more

TERRIBLE service and overall experience, especially with managment. Please I advise you to go anywhere but St. John's Cabot Ford Lincoln. They do not tell you very important information and treat you terribly when you call with a complaint. I will NEVER step foot into this dealership again. read more

If I could give a 0 rating, I would, but it's forcing me to give this business a 1. Incompetent and unprofessional staff at Cabot Lincoln. Beautiful new building, truly terrible customer service. From a former customer perspective, this bad service at Cabot Lincoln appears consistent and part of the culture there. I would recommend to avoid all together.
