I'm not so much complaining about the lack of communications (Several events fell short of what the group was expecting). But, I am complaining about the personal (and personality) attacks made by the travel agent, Donna. (there are other agents in this company who might be wonderful) After trying to help with a group meeting (to substitute for a canceled session) I was firmly corrected in front of the group... Later turns out that my recommendation was correct. Then later, I was again berated by the travel agent who was then joined by her husband. This brought me to tears. While in tears, she told me that she spoke that way to me because she did not like my "tone". She also told me that others had called me names while gossiping with her about me. This sent me to sobbing... I then avoided the group which defeated the purpose of my vacation. I spent close to $5,000 on this trip. I am a 58 year old woman (not a child). I don't expect to be treated this way.
