Really fantastic shop with all sorts of kitchen gadgets (it's a foodie and cook's paradise, come in to browse all the cool European chef tools that you can't find back home). I picked up a set of adorable locally crafted espresso spoons for $2 each.
I'd give this place a solid 4 stars but the cashier (and maybe shop owner?) pulled the "Slow Count" tourist surprise on me by giving me less than the amount of change I was owed, then stopping with a long pause to see if I caught on. Well I did, and she huffed and rolled her eyes when I called her out on it. So tourists beware. read more
