It does a variety Peruvian-Japanese fusion of hot and cold food that include sushi, meat, fish, ceviche, etc., using lots of shallots, red onions, and avocado. So far, I have tried a number of their rolls, their ceviche, and rice, and it's all so good! This current location is new, the people are fabulous, and all the orders are taken on a tablet and electronically delivered to the kitchen. My new favourite joint in Suresnes!
