Constance is an amazing lawyer with years of experience. She does not treat your case like a number. She views each client as a real person with their own individual story. She will work hard to help you receive justice. She's honest and fair. I highly recommend C. R. Wannamaker Law for any immigration needs. read more

Read your contract throughly before signing their contract, make sure you give permission to the law firm, for a family member or friend to talk to them or receive any information about your case.. it's truthful what someone else says, they don't return calls. I have a lot more to say, I'm not at liberty to speak on it at the moment.., ask to read the contract even before putting any money down, another way they will take your money, I don't know why they don't allow you to read contract before putting money down.. be careful with these people, I really feel as if we were scammed.. The fee they were charging smh. Knowing their own people are struggling is sad.. Before you choose any lawyer, check their reviews.. as with anyone period before hiring anyone for anything.. I'm an American citizen, I'm not done fighting!!! Take care. Be cautious of everyone, especially now, people are being taken advantage of, we're all vulnerable to all these immigration lawyers right now.. read more

This is a awful law firm i hired them for my husband and more than half the time the lawyer rep my husband had no idea what was going on with the case the last lawyer had less than 2 weeks with my husband case mind you i have a yr paying monthly mind you evry court he had a different lawyer they dont call you back they dont keep records on how the case is going they messed up paper work and u never get to talk directly to a supervisor or anyone in charged think twice before hiring them THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY read more

Carmen Olguin will not return her clients calls. She's a very unprofessional paralegal from this firm. She scheduled an appointment with my father who's her client and did not show up. Has been ghosting and dodging him for months. It would be better to just be upfront. If this continues we will escalate the situation until it is made right. Very unfair to treat PAYING CLIENTS this way!!! read more

Great law firm with fast and attentive employees! Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to start their pathway to citizenship.

I worked with Constance R. Wannamaker, and my experience was excellent. The process took about a year, which was fast and smooth compared to other experiences I've had. She was professional, responsive, and made everything easy to understand. I highly recommend her for anyone needing immigration assistance. The best :) read more

I don't recommend this law firm to anyone ,, please becareful with giving any money upfront ,, I recently gave them $500 and after 1 day I decided not to take their services and asked for a full refund of my $500 so they did not want to refund me back the money that I gave them after 1 day of cancelling their services that they never even started since I called the next day to cancel...They basically stole $500 from me because technically they had not started any services at all ..and for Constance since you are the business owner this goes directly to you,,,,,apparently you don't know how to run a law firm from the looks of it ,,, and as a 'so called" business owner you should have a better refund policy ,, instead of stealing clients money when you have not provided any legal services at all ,, I can see why you have a poor 3.2 star rating for your law firm ,, because you'll suck at providing good overall service to keep your clients/customers happy ,, I will keep fighting to get my $500 back ,, because just like you had to work hard to get to where you are at ,,, I also work hard for my money.. read more

They are prompt. They have everything under their control. What they represent is huge. I'm starting to see their ads everywhere. Let's see how things pan out! read more

These people were so quick to talk to us and call us when it came to taking our money but once we hired them. It was so hard to get in contact with the "legal team". I want to emphasize that we worked with them for 2 months and not a single time did I speak to an actual attorney about our case. We came to them because they helped my dad obtain his work permit so we thought they were credible. However, once he got detained by ICE they did NOTHING to help him. They collected $2000 from me and wanted $22000 to help get him out. Every time I called for an update they kept giving me the run around saying the process takes long and that they have no info or documents to share with me. Every hearing my dad had they would say nothing to defend him every hearing was a different attorney that I've never met. My dad at this point has been detained for 2 months. I chose to terminate bc the last time I spoke to Wannamaker, the paralegal Karintia Hobbs said his next hearing would be his last and there would be no more hearings. I followed my intuition and terminated my contract with them and went to another firm. THE NEW FIRM GOT MY DAD OUT IN 3 WEEKS. Do not work with these people, they are shady, they sell you lies and false promises. read more

This law firm is a complete scam. After agreeing that we had a good case they agreed to represent me once I made my first payment. Once I made payment they decided to no longer respond to ANY of my calls. I called everyday for weeks and they would promise to call me back the next day. It's been a month and finally today someone answered. This was after I went off on them after again getting told that no one can speak to me at the moment. I'm filling a complaint with BBBif you have had the same issue I urge you to do the same. These people do not care how sensitive your case is they take your money and then leave you scared, anxious and worry for your loved one. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS. THEY DO NOT CARE ANOUT YOU OR YPUR FAMILY MEMBER IN NEED. read more

Enviame un email read more
