My husband ran over to Advance (across the street) to see if we could borrow a tool quick and find out what was going wrong. (Unfortunately they didn't have what we needed.) We then stopped over here at O'Reilly's and fortunately, they had what we needed. Sure enough, we had a pretty substantial leak in our transfer case. My husband was able to take a look in their parking lot, use their tool(s) to do so, and refill our fluids before we left town and headed on our way. We are SUPER thankful for this place today!

I have been in twice in the last month and they were incredibly helpful (and friendly) and made me feel like I was a valued customer even though my visits were merely to have batteries installed in watches and to verify authenticity of a pendant I had bought elsewhere (no charge!) I also remember going into their store *years* ago with my mom and buying some of her beloved Fostoria American pieces. I had a problem a couple of years ago with another jewelry store in Salina who had damaged one of my watches by improperly placing a new battery in it, damaging the watch and then had the audacity to try to claim I had damaged it (they wouldn't do anything until I contacted the BBB and then, lo and behold, they decided to make things right.) So, no more shopping around for me, I will always be a fan of Vernon Jewelers!

We were blessed to find Kent Lorenson at his shop on the first Saturday that he wasn't supposed to be open. After letting him know what kind of problem we had, he said he'd work on it on Monday and allowed us to stay in his shop's driveway until then. The repair was done on Wednesday, but we didn't drive it until Friday as we wanted the roofing cement to be cured completely. We took a water hose up on the roof to see if there were any leaks, my wife and I were inside, and there weren't any. I strongly recommend Lorenson Industries. In addition to everyone in the shop being friendly, the greeter is a golden lab. Very nice dog!
