Jim Moir was the most inefficient attorney I ever encountered in my life . He refused to answer the…read morephone after I was re arrested on the same warrant that he was supposed to have cleared when I paid him 5000 dollars up front . That being said , I finally got out of jail 3 weeks later mind you after having paid an additional 3,000 dollars bail I was out 8 grand at this point and Jim hadn't filed a single piece of paper . To top it off I have a customer come in to my restaurant years later that says Jim is his neighbor and he says I owe him money ! HA we actually SIGNED A CONTRACT that the case he took on was 5,000 dollars all paid up front I don't owe him a dollar I have the contract and the only reason he's talking badly about me is because i left him a bad review but it's an honest review . I hired him based off an old friends experience with him . The problem is HE IS DISHONEST and doesn't care about people.
