Very poor service,
Found a carpet that did not have a price.
I found someone and asked"sorry could yiu please inform me the price of this item.."
Answer " you have to go to the till and ask, I cannot do magic"
I questioned "sorry but what did you say?"
"I told you to go to the till and ask"
I stated "this is very rude to answer to costumers like that"
She replied " and I give a fuck"
I immediately asked to call the operations manager, and said" I will make a complain"
She went to the till and called someone, came back and stated " there is no one available for you" I asked her name she mentioned it is" BO"
and informed that I am going to make an official complaint. As soon as I referred complaint her manager showed up with the name "Inge" o informed what happened and gopsmacked I stayed when I explained to her all of this and asked why there are no price tags in the items, and she replied well this issues we have everywhere in C&a.
I asked if they could not print a label with the information to costumer and she replied costumer can go to the till and ask..
What a dickhead of a manager.
So me as costumer have to queue in the till to ask a price and if o want to continuo shopping I have to go and queue again if I want to pay..
What a hassle I paid the carpets and had to requeue for all the other items...
As far as I remember without costumer the company does not make any money and it seems that C&a does not care about the costumers..
Send them an email with my complaint and they do not have the dignity to reply..
Bye bye C&A I will go somewhere else shopping where I am appriciated as costumer..
And nite this I shopped in C&a Portugal no problems in Germany no problems and now this read more
