The continental supermarket on Chapeltown Road has only just reopened after a refurb that seems to have taken forever (not that I'd been before, but it's been 'reopening soon' for months now). And I was right. At the back of the store is a loooong meat counter where they'll mince up whatever you fancy: bit of mutton, some goat, or maybe lambs feet? You can even order a whole sheep if that's your bag.
Piles of fresh veg, including some that I didn't recognise, and spices and the like aplenty.
And cans of Ting. I love Ting.
