do not trust these people. misrepresentation is fraud according to the state of georgia, and…read moremultiple times it was committed during my transaction for a grooming trailer. i paid for the trailer in full, and it came not completely equipped as ordered, and 3 months late despite being promised by the middle of feb. my calls and texts went unreturned and i was delivered a trailer that didnt fit my generator box, has a hitch that doesnt work, and i was told by greg they would take it back for a refund and now the owner refused. again, this is all fraud. they may also have committed bait and switch, but i am waiting on help from the georgia dept of law consumer division because i am in california. they used my deposit money to fund other jobs before they ever started on mine. this has affected my business and reputation and they laughed at me when i called.

He will tell you he is a licensed contractor but he is not! He only has an LLC to do repairs not remodels. We hired Douglas to do a kitchen remodel and he and his crew were absolutely horrible. They left messes, destroyed our lawn, were extremely unprofessional and actually yelled at me when I asked a problem that they created to be fixed. Instead of leveling our floor, they laid tile on a floor that had a 2 in slope to it. Our cabinet guy had to build one side of the cabinet 2 inches higher than the other just to make it level. After we asked him to correct the issue, his solution was laying tile on top of the tile he had already laid to try to make the floor level. As you can imagine, this made the problem worse. And as if it couldn't get worse, we found out that he wasn't paying his subs. Our cabinet guy threatened to take a mechanical Lien out on our property if he didn't get paid. Did Douglas man up and do the right thing? I'm sure you guessed, no. His solution was to completely abandon the job after not completing any of the work we paid him to do. He stopped answering our calls, wouldn't reply to emails, and never showed up to get any of his stuff. We Even tried serving him with a default letter and he has evaded us for months. BEWARE! Do not get sucked in by his " charm". He wants your money and that's it. There were many red flags that we ignored and we paid the price for it. We are just now getting things finished and he walked off the job in March. It took so long because no other contractors wanted to touch his horrible work.
