With his help we made a plan to tow us back to Michigan after the local Toyota dealership advised it would be a week before they could even look at our car. The next morning at 5:00 am, sharp, the tow truck arrived at our hotel to tow us home. Within 24 hours Cody was able to help us formulate a plan and make all the arrangements. I needed a DD Saturday so my driver picked me up at the bar and we left his car there. We planned on going to get his car when he got off work . Somewhere around 2:00pm on Sunday I get a call from the Lebanon police department asking about my DD's vehicle we left at the bar. After i explained the situation to the officer, and that I was being responsible and needed a sober driver, he informed me that the car was towed instead of giving me a warning or telling me to get it ASAP. The car was literally there for twelve hours not in the way or blocking any entrances . I called Steve's towing and asked if I could get the car and he said rudely " NO THE OFFICE IS CLOSED ON SUNDAY", as if I should know that I can't come get the car that u just towed 30min ago. Anyway we go in this morning to pick up the car and I was going to use my card to pay for it since my DD came to pick me up. Then STEVE with his prick attitude said that's not gunna work gotta have cash, two forms of ID, and proof of ownership. Joe said hmm you must be STEVE because your a real prick. Then Steve said that's gunna add to the bill, so we leave aggravated to go get cash. I called him to see how much i needed to get out of the bank and he said "WELL NOW ITS ON MY TIME AND I BLOCKED HIS CAR IN SO WE WILL HAVE TO FIGURE IT OUT WHEN I GET THERE". He waited until 2:30 in the afternoon to contact me back with a price, and said "$270 AND WE CLOSE AT 3". Then we get the bill and there is literally a $50 charge for "NAME CALLING" and also had to pay for and EXTRA DAY because he waited until 2:30 to give us a call back. When we checked his car there was property missing so not only did he search the vehicle illegally but he stole property from it . This has been the most unprofessional, childish experience and it is appalling that a grown man chooses to represent himself this was and that this is the company that the Lebanon Police Department chooses to use. To add to the frustration, this all happened as a result of being responsible and calling a sober driver. The moral of the story STEVE is a absolute prick and you should avoid his business at all costs, and not giving this man a single penny.

He took our tire to his shop and replaced it with a used tire of nearly the same size. He did not charge us a service call since he was already on-site, but tell me where else you can find a tow service who will replace your tires in the middle of the night? It was late at night and all repair shops had already closed. I had to call a tow truck and the driver recommended I have him take my car to Don's so that is what I did. I thought I may be stranded there for a day or two while getting the problem sorted out but thanks to Don, I was wrong. I called Don first thing next morning and told him I really needed to be back on the road as soon as possible so he got right on it. He called around to find the alternator, then gave me a ring back to give me the price quote. It was much lower than I expected and he said he could have it finished in a couple hours. Sure enough, less than 2 hours later he gives me a call to let me know it is finished and that he will come pick me up at the motel so we can get back to his shop and settle up. When we got back to the shop I mentioned to him that the brake light on my dash had been on for a few days as well so he popped the hood, added some brake fluid and voila! The light went away. To keep a long story (fairly) short, Don's Valley Repair is top notch! If I lived in that area, I would not hesitate to take my vehicles there for any service I needed. Don himself is a class act and I wish him well there in Lebanon. Save yourself the headache and TAKE YOUR CAR TO DON!!!
