First may I say that I was totally impressed with the young gentleman McKenzie C. as my sales representative. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and pleasant to chat with as we worked out the type, color, and other particulars of the work to be done and he was very helpful during the hiccups (more later). He also was the only rep of the 7 companies I interviewed that bothered to check inside the attic for any damage. McKenzie's in office counterpart Jessica A. was also very pleasant, helpful, and calm during the "hiccups". All three sub-contractors performed professionally and did a good job. As to the hiccups, there were 2-3 issues that based upon my previous background are the result of lacking required staffing levels, quality assurance, scheduling processes, and of course the most common of all communication. These hiccups resulted in delays in the materials to finish jobs, movement in the sub-contractors' scheduling, and discussions with me. My recommendation is you get any proposed schedules and any verbal agreements in writing to save yourself any aggravation. Bottom line: I am pleased with the finished product; my house looks great! I recommend them.

Grant made sure they cleaned up after their work. He apologized when he had a doctor's appointment come up that prevented him being on site one day, but his guys still came and got the job done in an extremely timely manner. Grant maintained communication throughout the entire process. The work I had done included framing, drywall, priming, and painting. Our house had only a partial wall between the bathroom and bedroom--a fad in the early 2000's when the house was built--and this project was to complete the wall up to the cathedral ceiling. They got the framing, drywall, and mud completed the first day, and primed and another day, once the mud was dry, and then really thorough sanding and priming another day, and then I think painting was the next day, if not later that same day (I can't remember). Bottom line, they didn't leave it anything sitting and waiting more than necessary for drying. The result is seamless and looks beautiful; you can't even tell it wasn't built that way originally. A good value for the price.

They developed a plan that not only addressed the existing issues, but also caught some wind damage that hadn't yet made itself known to us. We finally received a quick text asking what the problem was.We responded with a text back and we still haven't heard a thing and it's now been 2 weeks.
