Rude. Unhelpful. Computers are ALWAYS down. Yelp wants more so...always a long line. Think it bothers them? No, and they'll share that with you. All around poor substitute for a business. Washington State should pull their affiliation with them. read more

The couple times we've come here we've always been served by the same person and we've always had excellent customer service and everything we've come for has always been taken care of right away while we were there. read more

If you go at right time all is well , inexperienced new employee would have changed the outcome on one of my visits , another visit seems like the niceness was compromised do to the employee , I believe she could have been much nicer . I'm nice to them expect the same. read more

So much as others have said, the office is convenient but the attitudes are not. I am always kind and outgoing friendly, and I am served with crabbiness. I go in often for business needs and typically get treated like dirt. One woman reeks of alcohol each time I go and we were told we were purchasing a park pass when we were actually donating. This one made me mad, I pay enough to this government and will not DONATE to it. They need clear, friendly staff badly. read more

Way faster than any government run office for getting tags, plates or registering a vehicle. Went 15 mins before closing on a Monday to register a truck/get plates and tabs and was out of there before they closed. read more

These Ladies know their stuff about licensing and registration and are very helpful. They move the long lines along quickly. Would love it if there was a coffee station (Starbucks could make a bomb if they set up in here) as the atmosphere with all the car related stuff is really welcoming and inviting! The Post Office is also very convenient. Not had an issue with Customer Service at all - I found the Ladies efficient and friendly. read more

They started offering mail services through their Internet pickup window. I stood behind one person that had 10 certified pieces of mail to send which meant the person behind the desk needed to scan, weigh, stamp, sign and bill for each one. This process took over 30 minutes. Meanwhile the other line zipped through processing person after person while I stood in the "fast" line to take care of my 30 second Internet pick up. This was not the customer's fault - he was at the right window to handle his transaction. The issue is that you need two windows to separate your postal services which can take a lot of time with your Internet pickup which should take no time. If you are going to keep it at one window to save staff resources, at least have the realization that you should be pulling from the Internet line in front of the other line to get people in and out quicker. At some point, the lady processing the mail should have asked one of the other workers to grab my tags to help get me out of there. I finally left after standing in line behind one person for 30 minutes while I watched 20 people next to me get processed through. I suppose I could have just jumped behind the line with 20 people in it, but who knew that was the "fast" line? I will never go back to this location. I wasted 30 minutes at the end of my day and left empty handed in what should have been a 30 second transaction. By the way, the staff seemed very upbeat and friendly, so this is not a ding on attitude. It is a ding on process. I liken this to stores that have an express line but then allow someone with 200 items in there cart to pull up in front of you. At some point, a worker needs to see what is happening and get you moved to another line or open up another stand to get you moving. read more

2 stars because of the convenience of not having to go to the dmv or the post office. The customer service is terrible. Every single time I come in I am friendly, smiling, etc. Not once when I say hi have I got a response. I told the lady I did not need a receipt I was just dropping off and she snapped back at me with an ok. When I said thank you loudly she just stared at her computer refusing to acknowledge my gratitude. Figure it out people, it doesn't take much effort to be a nice person or at least pretend . read more

This place is great for convenience, but the women that work there are horrible! I have been there several times and each time I was in and out within several minutes but was treated like dirt! They give you dirty looks and talk down to you. My husband went in there to register a commercial vehicle that we will be using for business purposes and they tried to charge us 5000$ to register! We ended up going to the Vancouver DMV where we discovered it was only 100$. They are so snotty there they don't ask you questions or even listen to you. Absolutely horrible! The business itself is great but they need to clean house and hire people that will treat people better! read more
