I tried three kinds that were all very different and delicious, but my favorite was the steak with caramelized onions. The prices are a bit high but comparable to most food trucks. My only issue is the wait time. The line looked short, and I was not advised of any wait time when ordering, but then I was given a pager that would buzz when my food was ready. Y'all. I waited 25 minutes having already paid for my food. I really wish they had informed me and asked if I was willing to wait a bit. The pager allowed me to stroll around the area, but my family was completely done eating lunch and dessert from other trucks before I was even served. It'd just be nice to know what I'm getting into. When I was finally served, I loved the durable and recyclable taco trays - genius! And the food was so good...worth the wait, I admit.
