Our lowered Suburban causes issues accessing the underside but they were able to creatively work around this and get us fixed up and for a very fair price. They gave me recommendations on a shuttle/taxi service and let us camp out in their garage where there was space to social distance and abide by state health recommendations (thanks covid *sarcasm font*). Their shop was already full, but they fit me in, got the car diagnosed quickly and regretfully informed me of the repairs needed and the cost. Which was super reasonable and they could have be back on the road in a few hours. My son and I decided to go into town for a bite to eat while waiting, and when recanting our tale, we had several of the locals tell us that they could also vouch for the fairness and quality provided. Additionally, we had to use the facilities and they were very clean. I'm not thrilled I broke down, but I am happy to have found decent people along this crazy adventure. Thanks Luke and family.

On the way home the day we bought it I noticed it was pulling pretty hard to the right. I let the salesman know Monday and was told they would not cover it. Whatever. I'll pay for an alignment. 2 days later it starts making a popping noise when you turn the wheel. We were told to bring it back to them for them to see what was wrong. We brought it to them on day 10 (3/28/26.) They have had it since then. Today (5/6/26) I am told it will be $1300 to replace the right outer tie rod and the right upper control arm. And apparently the "5 star warranty" we bought will not cover it. What a waste of money Oh, and I am supposed to bring them their loaner vehicle back tomorrow and drive the damaged hunka junk home. With my kid in the car. I am being told this is my fault. That I had to have caused this damage. That they won't do anything for me or cover any repairs. To file it as an accident on my insurance. So we signed a loan well over $35k on a used vehicle and have to put another $1300 into it in repairs, and only drove it for 10 days? I don't think so. Yall don't fall for their sales pitch of "lifetime powertrain warranty." You'll be sold a piece of junk and told it's your fault and your problem.
