I had a serious outdoor septic problem over the summer and needed to completely replace the main…read moredrains into my holding tank from both my main and guest houses. I left a message with Fullerton Landscaping, LLC who also does outdoor septic work. President Ben Fullerton called right back then came down that day to survey the work, provided me with an estimate then, realizing I had a real emergency on hand, moved me to the top of his list and arranged his schedule to match mine such that he could get started asap. Pretty amazing. To summarize, once he got underground, the job turned out to be bigger than he first thought, but he kept me apprised of exactly what was required. He had to sub out some electrical work, and once he got the bill from the electrician he felt it was too high. Rather than just silently pass it along to me, he went to bat and got it lowered to a more reasonable number. Again, pretty amazing. I can't recommend Ben and his company highly enough: Very prompt service, very reasonable cost and most important, high quality, professional results. What more could you ask? Oh, I know... he and his co-workers are just really nice, pleasant folks to deal with.

This only happened today and we had been happy with them so far this winter. The cancellation of my contract without even talking about it blew me away. Now I have to scramble to either find another snow plower or buy a snowblower and do it myself when I get up there for remainder of winter. My driveway is about 75-100 feet long, curved and has a hill not easy to do with a blower.

In addition, we had a beautiful Norway Spruce that had unfortunately become too large and root system we are starting to encroach on our foundation. We cut it all down, laid down new loam, and had about 700 ft.² of desert. We called New England Pro Turf and spoke to Kirk Weyant, who worked with us to put down beautiful sod on the space. With an already busy schedule, he made time for us, his workers showed up and installed the lawn in a highly professional manner. At the end of the installation, we noticed we underestimated the square footage and Kirk was more than amenable to return the same day to put down more sod. A most positive experience and highly recommended.
