Wow! Just got into town tonight and went to Céu for a shared anniversary dinner with our daughter and son-in-law. For appetizers had the Peri Peri Gambas (Prawns), the pork and beef arepas, and the aborrajada. All were excellent. If you prefer more spice, go with the peri peri gambas. For the main courses, we had two of the filet mignon de Boeufs, the jerk chicken, and the filet mignon (pork). Again, all were prepared beautifully and were delicious. We also highly recommend adding a side of the coconut rice if it doesn't come with your entree. Finally, for dessert, we tried the peach cobbler, Japanese cheese cake, and the Kenikmatan Pisang. An awesome finish to a great meal.
Jen was our very attentive server and we had a great time asking her questions about the food and her world travels.
Loved the modern industrial feel of the lighting combined with Portuguese cork board designs and bright Caribbean-style display pieces.
All-in-all a very memorable evening! Highly recommend! read more
