He was certainly right to recommend it. After sending me detailed photos of the two pens I was considering and providing good advice on my decision, the shop sent me the first choice by DHL. It arrived in just two days, wrapped very carefully and with a nice, handwritten note from Mr. Stolz. They also provided the necessary papers for VAT refund (I was leaving within the required 90 days). I decided against the first choice due to size, so they happily sent me the second choice, again very quickly. It was perfect, so I returned the first and received a refund.
