The case worker Robin Dugan is absolutely repulsive, one of the worst people I've ever had the displeasure of encountering, she has no humanity in her & no business holding the position she does here, I wanted to become my Mothers surrogate medical decision maker or Poa, so I could let them give my Mom the help she desperately needed, I went back & forth with Robin after she was trying to agree with Noah Ene's bogus evaluation at first, then she seen my Mom clearly was not coherent & said she needed to go talk to her boss, of course she never returned, you are a disgusting pig Robin! I got so fed up with this place I checked my Mother out, I took her to another hospital the next morning & they immediately found her incompetent & incapable of making her own decisions, to anyone reading this please keep your loved ones far away from this place. After complications with an amputation She went to the emergency room at 7:30pm but was not admitted until after midnight . The next day the Social work came in to inform her that her insurance as a min general employee lapsed at midnight had she been admitted when she arrived or before midnight the insurance would have covered her stay . That of course was intentional, my mother passed less than three months later with nothing to show for being an employee for over 20 years .

I am updating it to reflect treatment relating to Dr Schessler's repeated rescheduling of PRP injections for my hands (rescheduled four times) and his secretary, who the last rescheduling called me less than two hours before my scheduled appointment to tell me it needed to be cancelled that day (Monday) and could I come at noon Friday. She called at 8:38am, I missed the call, returned it at 8:41 and had to leave a message and said ok, guess I'm cancelled today, yes put me down for noon Friday. I show up at noon Friday and start checking in. Gal at front desk says I have no appointment and they have me down as a no show for Monday. I've never no showed in all my life. So I start pulling up the voicemail text-which I still had on my phone, while saying "what? I didn't no show! You people called me and told me not to come Monday and to come in today at noon" Front desk person calls me around to the side window (mind you the waiting room was Full) and I tried to show her the text of the voicemail which she had no interest in. She did go check with Schessler to see if he could see me-fully booked but said he'd work me in. Now with an appointment he's regularly at least half an hour if not 45 minutes or more late. While alllllll this is happening the other two front desk women start in on me: "Debra what is with you today?" To which I, with a Shocked expression say "what?" Because I have no damn clue. "You're not normally like this. What is with you?" Then a second gangs up on me: "You had no right to talk to her like that" By now the first one to scold me has come around to continue scolding me directly to my face and I'm crying. So I left. With them Yelling after me "Debra why are you leaving!! He said he'd see you!". Yeah, like I'm gonna sit in a full waiting room for god knows how long after getting scolded for standing up for myself and NOT rudely, while bawling. No thank you. I will be collecting my records and seeking a new dr. Did that secretary call to apologize???? NOPE. Front desk people??? NOPE. And my last two appointments I brought them homemade cookies. The best in town. Save yourself from abuse-and that's what this is-patient abuse-and go elsewhere!!!!! My insurance company did offer to help me file a complaint but what's the point when it's the secretary and front desk idiots for the most part.

The problem, however, is that my knees are the least of my troubles in terms of pain, at this time and as I am in the care of an orthopedic surgeon, who could easily provide less invasive injections should my knees flare up again between now and surgery, her recommendation was wholly unnecessary.The areas that were causing me the most pain were not examined or addressed at all. AVOID this worthless clinic.

I was diagnosed with three herniated lumbar discs and spinal stenosis. I had to give up all of my active hobbies and switch jobs, and my physical and mental health suffered. After spinal steroid injections, surgical consultations, PT, acupuncture, massage, yoga, etc., my osteopath recommended I try one more round of PT before surgery. I am so thankful I chose Move Right and Dr. Jason!! After 20 visits I am in better shape and my pain is more manageable than at any time in the last four years. Dr. Jason is so supportive and knowledgeable. My visits make my whole week better and have really given me my active lifestyle back. They work miracles here!! And the recovery center is great too, so awesome to have a float tank in town!
