Before my initial visit, the office sent me clear instructions about the location, what to expect, and gave me the opportunity to complete my paperwork online. At my first appointment, I was greeted by a pleasant staff member who verified my information--no further paperwork needed. I was promptly taken back to meet with the nurse practitioner, who was both professional and personable. She thoroughly explained everything and answered all my questions. During my second visit, which involved tests, the staff once again proved to be efficient, friendly, and attentive to every patient need--before, during, and after the procedure. When I met with Dr. Capelle, I was especially impressed by her awareness of a recent health concern involving another provider in a different system--something identified just the day before. She reviewed the results of my recent procedures, and then carefully explained the upcoming surgery, taking into account my previous operations and current lifestyle.
