Best Dryer Vent Cleaning in Durham -- Hands Down…read more I reached out to Justin because my dryer was giving me a warning and I knew it was time to finally get the vent cleaned. From the very first message, the experience was smooth, easy, and stress-free. Justin was incredibly responsive, professional, and -- something you don't see often -- completely upfront about pricing. He clearly explained that he charges a flat fee, so there were no games, no runaround, and no surprise charges. I didn't have to jump through hoops or make multiple calls just to get a straight answer. He showed up right on time, worked quickly and thoroughly, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on. He even shared photos of the work he did, which gave me total peace of mind that everything was cleaned properly and safely. If you're in Durham, NC (or the surrounding Triangle area) and need dryer vent cleaning, Justin is your guy. I felt completely comfortable working with him and would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. Book him -- you'll be glad you did.
