Since our homeowners expires at a different date they sent us a bill because we cancelled our auto policy. Seems like if you paid something in full the increase would take effect at the next billing.

They have always exceeded our expectations. I've even introduced several of my friends who now bank with LGE and they always thank me. I've never had any issues at any of the branches either. LGE has some of the warmest and friendliest people ever. Their online banking app is second to none. Most recently, I visited the Hiram branch and worked with Ron to open up a Money Market account and a 30 month CD. Their rates could not be touched during a special offer they were running. Ron was extremely personable and helpful and really made the experience not just pleasant but, fun. I cannot recommend these folks enough.
