Tom and his team told me what to expect, what the process would be like, and how to protect my health and my rights as the injured party. I have had access to his team via email and phone and I could even stop in to speak personally if I wanted to. Their guidance on dealing with the various health professionals I've had to work with in order to get back to a place where I can start to feel like myself again has been invaluable. Would I recommend them if you're injured in accident like I was? In one of the most vulnerable and bewildering times in your life, you'll need an experienced personal injury lawyer on your side. Every time I speak with Tom and his team, they answer even my most trivial questions about the process without making me feel uncomfortable or uneducated. They have been honest and factual every step of the way. I couldn't ask for better representation, I have been very pleased with their professionalism.

I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Fields Law Firm. From the very first time I…read morespoke with them, I felt like I was finally being heard. They treated me with kindness, respect, and compassion during one of the most difficult times in my life. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood every step of the process. Thanks to their hard work, dedication, and knowledge, they won my Social Security Disability case and helped me receive the benefits I truly deserved. After everything I had been through, having a team that genuinely fought for me made all the difference. They never made me feel like I was just another case--they made me feel like they truly cared about my future and my well-being. What impresses me even more is that their commitment to helping me didn't stop there. They are now assisting me with my long-term disability insurance claim, and I have complete confidence that I'm in the best hands possible. Knowing they are still standing by my side gives me so much peace of mind. If you're looking for a law firm that is professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly goes above and beyond for their clients, I wholeheartedly recommend Fields Law Firm. They work tirelessly to get the best possible outcome, and they genuinely care about the people they represent. I will always be grateful for everything they have done for me, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs a legal team that will fight for them every step of the way. Thank you, Fields Law Firm, for changing my life! Thank you Chuck

I contacted Fields Law regarding a potential Hartford LTD/ERISA disability appeal. Before signing a…read morerepresentation agreement, I asked for written clarification about practical issues involving LTD, SSDI, unemployment benefits, possible return-to-work decisions, closed-period/back-benefits strategy, litigation obligations, and possible fee exposure. After a follow-up phone call with a firm representative, I decided not to proceed. In my opinion, the tone of the call came across as dismissive, condescending, impatient, and unnecessarily defensive. One specific concern was that my final clarification questions were characterized on the call as "another 20 questions," even though my understanding was that I had sent a focused list of approximately 10 practical questions before signing. That characterization felt exaggerated and dismissive to me. I also did not feel comfortable being encouraged to sign the representation agreement first and discuss certain concerns afterward. For me, that was a major red flag. Before signing any legal agreement involving sensitive medical records, disability benefits, SSDI, unemployment, and possible litigation, I need clear written answers and a communication style that feels respectful and aligned. I did not sign the agreement and chose to seek other counsel.
