Chantelle, aurora and the other lady (I forgot her name) were all very friendly and welcoming and answered all my questions. I was very satisfied with my purchase. She called someone who didn't even bother to come and see the shawl because she supposedly had too many appointments. What a lack of courtesy and manners! A wasted trip. As it happened, I was wearing another Hermès shawl around my neck, the label of which had come undone. Since I wasn't far away, I walked to the Hermès store where I was received with class and where the seamstresses have restored the stitching on my shawl. Ladies at Valois Vintage, you have the products that people like me bring in to keep your business going, but you don't have the class of the high-end brands whose secondhand items you sell. I'll sell my shawl elsewhere.
