I normally would not recommend a store to anyone where the owner calls a customer a $tupid a$$ but I feel so sorry for the owners' wife. Apparently they need customers or the husband takes it out on others. The wife looked so sad having to endure the nastiness of her husband. I was desperate to find a quick restroom, I stopped in to this strip shopping center. I went into a barbecue restaurant. No restroom even when I said please. I then walked into the BWA convenience store. Remember I was desperate! I was greeted by a really nice lady. Seeing that the owners were Asian I just knew they would help me. I've never met a rude or mean Asian person my entire life. Well, that quickly changed despite me willing to make a large purchase. The woman smiled and the husband said no! I said please and the wife was going to say yes but the husband was so angry - he said I'll show you where the bathroom is. He shoved open the door and said try there (pointing to a wooden fence) and then he turned pointing at the other stores (most were closed/out of business) and I said I tried the barbecue place and he turned and walked away calling me a $tupid a$$. I then said what did you call me? I opened the door and told him and his wife I was going to give them bad social media ratings. I just wish I would have thought quick enough to 'release the mother load' onto his BWA floor. This would have given him the real poop to treat like poop instead of me and his poor sweet wife. However, the look on his wife's face still haunts me. I feel so bad for her!! I then left and the wife was in tears how horrible her jacka$$ husband was acting. Thus when I was driving off I took a picture of the store front. I plan on going back when things cool down and will give the wife spousal abuse literature and a good divorce lawyer. No one is that great in person/in bed to endure such abuse! I will keep this dear woman in my prayers. As for the nasty/sour disposition husband, he needs serious anger management counseling! If you want to be yelled at or treated badly, this is your store. read more
