Got some drinks and Turin, both costs way less than at touristy areas. Coca cola (500ml) only for 79 cent euros which would normally cost triple for 200ml bottle that doesn't even fill a glass. Turron are these nougat treats which can be found all over Spain and here you can get the same brands for 1/3 the price! The cashier is also friendly and they accept credit cards.

Dia is that place. It's true, it's not glamorous. It's also true that there is often only one line open, and that the way the store is arranged makes no sense whatsoever. It's also true that some of their veggies look like they have seen better days. But - if you need olives or tuna or eggs or an onion - Dia is the place. And the prices are cheap.

We had a beef fajita dish from the Pero stall which wasn't that great because it was kinda cold. Then we had a meat balls dish and a asparagus dish with an egg which were much better. We haven't tried everything. There were some seafood dishes that looked interesting. I would go back, but for now I say the food is a bit uneven and you pretty much have to serve yourself which I found to be a bit bothersome. The food and the service would probably be better at a real tapa bar at about the same price.

The service staff is like a beehive as they run around everywhere and you may be served by up to 4 waiters per visit. This is a pretty good system as we hardly ever had to wait for anything for more than 5-10 minutes even the place was packed. The food for the most part was pretty good and fresh as they have to turn over a lot of it due to large crowds. We mostly had small sandwiches, lots of coffee, crepes and deserts, all of which were satisfactory.
