*DO NOT RENT FROM THEM* They canceled on me 2 hours AFTER they were suppose to arrive to my house b/c they "forgot" to schedule a driver that day... and I was only told this b/c I called them to ask where they were. I have yet to receive my deposit back and it's been over a month. They are nearly impossible to get a hold of on the phone. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else.
If I could give a zero I would. I ordered my rental over a month prior to my date, paid deposit and signed my contract- and my rental never came. It was only after I CALLED an hour after it was supposed to arrive, that I was told drivers were never scheduled and they were "sorry." When I had 35 children at my house expecting it to be there. I am beyond disappointed in my rental experience. The morning of the rental date I was called and told my rental would arrive by 12:30pm. At 1pm, I called back and asked where it was and I was told the "driver is on his way." At 2:00pm, one hour past my contracted time, I called back and I was THEN told there was a miscommunication and that they did not schedule drivers to deliver my moon bounce. How does this happen? I had a house full of children, including my son, who were excited to have a bounce house. I will never understand how this company function successfully when you blatantly lie that something is en route when it never was and then tell your client, while laughing, it's not coming an hour after it was supposed to be there. I was also not offered anything in return because if this. Nothing. Not even my deposit back or a free rental. If this were my company, I would have put that bounce house in my own vehicle and made sure I delivered on my CONTRACT. This is unacceptable, unprofessional and it's a very poorly run company. read more
