First time my phone went black for 2 days, they fix it and second time my phone is with the screen with a no normal blue color and the screen stops working from time to time. They reject the refund and they offered to fix it for third time but I lost the trust in this Company. I hope they reconsider my request since I need to pay a proper service repair. I have lost time, energy and trust. The Company told me I need to wait days to get the normal color since the screen was from Chine and need time to get normal temperature. I wait as they suggested and they told me I was out of time to ask reimbursement since I wait 2 weeks to claim. incredible.
