W2s and investment paperwork no state or federal return. After paying around 350.00 and been 5 weeks now still no returns. I have emailed and called total of 4 times and keep getting told they are in the out going mail for today. Terrible I don't know if I owe which is now late or getting a refund being audited bc I have no way of checking. Terrible office staff.
