They resolved a number of issues for us, including faucet we had been told by another plumber was unrepairable due to age ( we sure don't have success ourselves) but primarily a complete rework of primary plumbing from well/pump to cabin, with big improvements for winterizing. We had been repairing old plumbing for years and had popped joints just about annually, which was replaced and streamlined with PEX. This is not the first time we have used Galle and all of our work with them has gone well. We did, for reasons unknown, try to use the other plumbing company in the area several times, and had a very unsatisfactory experience. Highly recommend Galle

Couldn't ask for more! But wait...they have Heather, and she is awesome! She answered a bunch of questions for us before we booked, helped us find a last-minute condo that we could rent and then was super-friendly and gave us great suggestions when we showed up to check in. We have gotten to meet a few of the other guests and everyone has just been so friendly, it's great! Looking forward to exploring Lost Creek Waterfall area today at Heather's suggestion as well as maybe a ghost town or two that she mentioned... Oh hey, and even the pullout sleeper couch was pretty comfy!

Our experience with Fairmont estates condominiums could have been excellent…read more The problem was that when we arrived at our condo at 11:00 p.m. (after driving for eight hours), we opened the door to find another tenant staying there. This was absolutely not his fault. What happened was that the Fairmont Estates Condo Association had double booked the room resulting in my wife, myself, and our 17 month old baby having nowhere to stay at 11:00 p.m.. This was compounded by the fact that we had traveled a total of 8 hours to arrive at the condominiums and had purchased the groceries we would need for the week. Additionally, my wife and I were unable to reach anyone since their office was closed. We tried a public phone at the local resort but had no luck. This part of Montana does not have cell service for Sprint or Boost Mobile either. We ended up driving for about an hour before finding a hotel to spend the night. The next morning we drove the long 8 hour drive back home having wasted about $75 in gas as well as miles on our vehicle never mind the hotel fee. The biggest loss was our family vacation time. I am surprised that instead of offering us a complimentary stay or reimbursing our travel expenses the condominiums simply shared with us medical information about the tenet. This was in no way helpful since it was not his fault but their fault that the Room had been double booked. The tenant himself was incredibly polite and just as confused as us. I will update this review if the company ends up contacting us to make amends for this disaster.
