After getting a $20 quote from down the road and a $30 quote from Mister Minit in Westfield to fix some loose screws in my watch, the man at Butt shoe repairs told me the screws were loose because they were inserted the wrong way. He put them around the right way and didn't charge me for it. It's nice to know there are good, honest people out there who are good at their job! Will return here in future! read more

I went in to this place to get my key cut, but it was closed with a "back in 10 minutes" sign on the door. I waited a further 20 minutes before they got back. They didn't take long cutting my key but when I got home it didn't fit in the door. I drove all the way back to the store just to find another "back in 10 minutes" sign on the door (it had only been an hour since my previous visit). When I told the guy he had cut my key incorrectly, all he said was "are you sure?" then he grabbed the key, cut it again, and chucked it on the bench in front of me before walking away. No apologies, nothing. Completely rude! Especially after I had driven home and driven all the way back. I get home for a second time and the key STILL doesn't fit!
