This place will rob you for every dollar you have! They are not reasonable, kind, compassionate or understanding. They are WAAYYY overpriced even for basic services. I took my car (2008 Honda Fit) to them for a fuel pump that was questionable, and I already knew it was a fuel pump. They charged me $100 for diagnostic and told me it was going to be $920 for them to fix my car. The part ranged around from $200-250. After talking to multiple mechanics in the area, I was told that they could do it for $600 including the part. The thing that gets me, is that you don't even have to drop the fuel tank on my car in order to get to the fuel pump. You could go inside the car and take out the console and change the fuel pump that way. So, this company was going to charge me $720 for labor for about an hour/ maybe two hours of work. After talking to my dad, my dad offered to do it for me. He said it was a lot easier than dropping the tank. And even for $920 even dropping the tank shouldn't be that expensive. I went there to pick up an invoice for my car, and the guy told me that $920 is the state minimum for changing a fuel pump. Which is bullshit because mechanics make their own prices and there's no state minimum on that. Just car parts based on the manufacturer and supplier. This place will try to take advantage of you in any kind of way possible. I definitely felt like they try to take advantage of me because I'm a girl. Which is extremely sexist in my opinion and talked to me like I was stupid and didn't know shit. I told them I'd pay for the diagnostic but would be getting the car fixed elsewhere. They were very sour to me. I had a tow truck come and pick up the vehicle. The tow truck driver said that the people that worked with there were "assholes" and wouldn't help him move other vehicles around so he could access my vehicle to get it on the tow truck. They did nothing but give the tow driver a hard time which is very mean. I wouldn't recommend going here. please think twice before you bringing your car here. They will rob you, for every penny you have. There are many mechanics in the area that are fair, reasonable, and compassionate to peoples situation. But this is not the place for that. read more

This place is the definition of mechanics taking advantage. Said I needed new break pads, when my car was checked by a trusted mechanic they said my old pads were replaced by another set of old pads. I could tell before and wanted to confirm. Turns out I was right. I was over charged so bad just avoid this place and find a mechanic you can trust. read more

I have used Butch's for 11 years. I recommended a close friend to go here and it was a TERRIBLE experience. They were conniving and sneaky and tried to scam her of money. They got verbal agreement on a estimate and then tried to keep tacking on more money that was needed from her when the originally estimate included 3 items. She paid $800 for 3 items and walked away with only 1 being fixed. They also did not communicate effectively and she kept having to call them for updates daily. They are were not wearing masks despite serving the general public. They officially lost my business after all these years. read more

Had new tires put on my brand new car and they gouged every single rim horribly. They wanted to paint over the gouges, on powder coated , ceramic looking rims. Only open 8 til 5 Monday through Friday, no weekends making it impossible to get the car back there, if I had decided to let them do anymore damage to my car. Extremely disappointed. I wanted new rims, they were brand new when I brought the car there. Returned to me Extremely damaged. His answer? Paint. No thank you.
