I work in customer service and so far that is something that Cynthia lacks. I have since set up a policy with Progressive and have paid my policy in full. Well about a week after getting the new policy, I received a letter from the insurance company stating that they are going to cancel my policy because no pictures of the car were sent in. I called Fiesta and spoke to Kristen, the person that got me the new policy and told her about the letter. she assured me that she will send the pictures in and that she will take care of it. When I went to pay the next month, I was told that my policy was canceled because of no pictures sent in. Of course I was furious. Come to find out that Kristen is the owner of the two locations in Albuquerque. I went in to the office and of course Kristen was not there. I spoke to a new employee who stated that he can call the insurance company and see what we need to do to get back on the policy, but that it will have to wait until Monday since they were closed which would leave my with no insurance for two to three days. I decided to go back with the original policy that I had which was the cheapest now. I was told by the new employee that he can call the insurance company to see if he can fix the issue and get me back on the cheaper policy and of course that didn't happen. On 5/31 I called to pay on my car and was told that they don't have proof of insurance and that it expired on 5/4/16. Not only does Fiesta not do what they need to do and what they say they are going to do, but they never let the dealership know of my insurance. I called to get a copy of my insurance policy and to pay for the next month and I was once again told that it went up $48 because two documents were rejected. I had enough of this place and all of their lies. I immediately canceled my policy and went with a company I know I can trust and it was cheaper than what they can offer me. I will never do business with Fiesta Auto Insurance Center ever again and I will definetly let every one I know how this place does business.
