I called and was assured it would be there at least 1-2 hours prior to the viewing at 9am. I got a text message at 3:30pm that my plant was out for delivery. I immediately called and was informed the request was on the form but not the delivery slip and the drivers "must have not seen it". Terrible.

Oh and they left garbage when changing their blades way down at the end of my property 2.5 acres down it was the chainsaw blade box . They use Roundup as their weed preventative which not only kills the weeds, but grass and shrubbery as well. The account exec is rude and basically ignores any requests to deal with any concerns. They spitefully cut back an Ixora hedge in August and have yet to replace. Totally fed up; may have to hire additional landscaper to correct their screw ups.
