Called in to get information on becoming a client and helping other business in the valley. I told the person that answered it was difficult to find the business information from my cell phone and I had to search for their website then get the number from there. The person who answered got very defensive and pulled up google.com and did a search for his business there and said he was listed all over the place. I let him know that cell phones and tablets typically do not use google.com but google.com/local along with GPS to find local businesses same with bing.com/local and yahoo.com/local. He got upset and told me I needed to work on my approach yet I was the customer calling to get services from them. I called back to speak with a manager but no one answered the phone so I left a message and never got a replay. From the moment the phone was answered the tone was not friendly. read more
